Description

RDM US REITs Sunbelt (RDMSUN) index is a rule-based index based on the following: Rules 1) Classified as an equity REIT 2) Listed on a major US Exchange 3) Based on RDM property data, at least 60% of properties in REIT portfolio must be located within the Sunbelt region, which is comprised by the following states: AZ,NV,NM,TX,OK,AR,TN,LA,MS,AL,GA,SC,NC,FL Property data and geospatial analytics are available on Snowflake. REITs with higher concentration of their props within the Sunbelt region receive higher weighting. Weights are re-balanced quarterly and take into account updates to underlying REIT property portfolios.
