Index Performance




The goal of the RDM US REITs Proximity to Manufacturing Revitalization (RDMREV) Index is to capture REITs whose portfolios will benefit from the revitalization of US manufacturing related to provisions/incentives in the CHIPS and Science Act, Infrastructure Bill and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Specifically, Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arizona and Texas are assessed to receive oversize benefit from legislation and thus this index targets REITs with outsized proportion of their portfolio (compared to mean) in these 5 states. Rules 1) Classified as an equity REIT and listed on a major US Exchange 2) % of REIT portfolio must exceed industry mean in at least 3 of the 5 states 3) Covered within the Thematic Universe Property data and geospatial analytics are available on Snowflake.
