The investment strategy uses a custom algorithm to maximize exposure to the number of distinct real estate markets (US counties), without injecting human bias towards specific markets. The end result is a weighted-basket of MultiFamily REITs that provide investors with the only true strategy on the market that uses an automated approach to reduce geographic risk to real estate investments that results from geographic concentration.
