Testing for 2024 reconstitution. The PINKCHIP Index, developed by AKQA and Thematic, tracks the performance of exceptional companies run by women CEOs. Peer reviewed research has shown that unconscious bias undervalues companies run by women; the PINKCHIP index seeks to dispel that bias. The current selection criteria for inclusion in the index is 1) led by a woman CEO, 2) listed on a major US exchange, 3) have a market capitalization of over $2b USD, and 4) demonstrate exceptional quality over a 3 year period.
